Lost Isle: Fire-to-Table Dining, Fueled by Strategy

Client: Lost Isle, Johns Island, South Carolina
Recognition: The New York Times Top 50 Restaurants in America (2024) • Southern Living Magazine “Restaurant of the Year” (2025)

Lost Isle is a one-of-a-kind, open-air fire-to-table restaurant nestled on Johns Island, just outside Charleston, South Carolina. Led by Executive Chef Josh Taylor, Lost Isle delivers a distinctive culinary experience centered around an expansive wood-fired grill and shareable dishes designed to bring people together.

When I joined the team, the restaurant was quickly gaining buzz — and I helped turn that local energy into a nationally recognized brand presence. As Social Media & Marketing Manager, I developed and executed a full-scale marketing strategy that elevated visibility, drove engagement, and supported Lost Isle’s incredible rise in Charleston’s competitive dining scene.
